Error after updating exchange 2007 to 2007 sp3

Thread needs solution

receiving the attached error message, after I updated exchange 2007 to exchange 2007 sp3
even I reinstalled "Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1" but the error is same

It is not clear at the moment why it occurs, however I would recommend to check the following KB articles, please let me know if the solutions posted there resolve the problem:
