error on connect to exchange restore agent

I have just downloaed the demo version of recovery for Microsoft Exchange
Installed management console on one machine, and agent on exchange server
I initially got the MAPI error about reduced functions, so I installed the update on the exchange server for MApiCdo.
Then I stared getting the Cannot create MAPI profile error. I applied the fixes as laid out in the kb article for both local and domain sec policies.
Still get the error.
I have tried the email support option, but it says I do not have a registered product. I tried to register the proguct, it says it is registered.
I tried a couple of the forms for support, they all give me a script erro and refuse to submit.

How can I test something that I cannot get to run, and how do you get support when allyou get are errors from the website that you want support from? Is this a sigh I should take heed of?

How can I fix the error I am getting now?

As far as I can see from your account, you have obtained this demo version from the Sales department, and the trial licenses are registered to their account - that is the reason why you cannot register it to yours. So in case you have obtained the demo version from the Sales department and encountered technical issues, you need to contact your Sales representative for technical support.

Nevertheless for us not to waste time I'd like to assist you with the issue you have faced, and for successful investigation we will need the following information: 

  1. Full error message
  2. Screenshot of the issue
  3. Exact sequence of steps performed before you faced the problem
  4. Version of MAPI
  5. Acronis Info from the machine in question
  6. Acronis Recovery for Exchange logs

As soon as you have the information collected, please eitehr contact your Sales representative or any Forum Moderator via PM - we will submit a case for you and make sure it is handled in a proper way.
