Mail folder restore problems

I am using Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange Server 1.0 (build 176).

I have done a fullbackup of the Information Store on my Enterprise Exchange 2003 mail server.

Afterwards I did an incremental backup of this mail server but we get errors of the incremental backups.

I can do restore from fullbackup but I can't do restore for incremental backup,

errors; module 91 error 32,768(0x5B8000)
module 0 error 65,520(0xFFF0)

Error logs is attached.

What can I do about this problem?

The log files that you attached to your post unfortunately show a successful backup creation, they are not of much help in this situation.

I would recommend to download and install the latest build of Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange which is 239 at the moment and, should the issue persist, the quickest way to resolve it would be to contact our Support team with the AcronisInfo report. I am confident that our support engineers will resolve this issue.
