Mailbox Role Lookup Error, Exchange Version not supported ?!? (Exchange 2007 SP1) ...

Thread needs solution

Hello

We are would like to use in our Exchange 2007 SP1 Enviroment Acronis Recovery for Exchange.

We are using two Client Access Servers and one Mailbox Role Server.

Exchange Version: Version 8.1 (Build 240.6) Enterprise (soon we will upgrade to SP3 & Rollup2)
OS System: Windows 2008 64bit, Enterprise (latest Patch level)

Every time i connect with the Console to the Mailbox Server i got the following error(s):

Description:
The description for Event ID 4136 from source Acronis Fomatik Agent cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

The following information was included with the event:

Mailbox role lookup error. (0x5B1028)

Facts:

- The AD User have enough permissions and a Mailbox behind. Tested with different AD users...
- Newest CDO / Mapi tool are activated

If you user has enough permissions and the newest Mapi tools are installed then we will need to troubleshoot this problem further.

Please collect this report from the machine where the Exchange Agent is installed and contact our Support team directly.
