Very recently our backups have been failing and an error shows up in the logs:

"Q:\Backup Information Store\2010_04_01_08_08_39_148S.TIB"
"The system cannot find the file specified"
"Please insert the media marked "Volume 1" Press Retry when ready or press Cancel to cancel the operation.: Retry/Cancel"
I've attached the whole log file.
Any ideas on how to overcome this problem?

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is hard to say what exactly went wrong. So this situation requires investigation. Could you please provide us with the following information? 

  1. Target location of the backup
  2. Logs according to this article
  3. Acronis Info from the machine with the Agent installed
