Recovery for Microsoft Exchange
Hi I have installed the "Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Agent" on my exchange server and the "Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Management Console on my desktop.
I have managed to backup the Information Store and Mailboxes. When I check the Scheduled Tasks List I see "Success" as the status and I have tested restores from the mailbox backup.
When I check the Event Viewer / Application I see and error from Acronis Tasks Service
The description for Event ID 55 from source Acronis Tasks Service cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
(0x410037)
$module = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\DatabaseBackup\Fomatik\TaskService.exe"
Tag = 0x89D2F61C24DD3C28
Should I be worried about this error? How should I go about fixing this?
Thanks for any help I am new to this product!

Thank you for the prompt response! I will give it a try right after I finish eating!
I can't seem to find
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\Scripts
I am running windows 7 on my desktop and Windows Server 2007 on the exchange server.

Dear redGSRguy!
You are more than welcome, it's a pleasure to assist you!
I'm sorry for not speciying from the start that in Windows Vista, 7 and Server 2008 the path will be different. It should be
\ProgramData\Acronis\... etc.
I would appreciate if you could kindly keep us posted so that we could provide you with all necessary assistance!
Thank you!

There was actually nothing in the programdata\acronis\trueimage\scripts directory. I did delete the jobs and run that app. When I re-added the jobs I still got the error.
Since the error can be safely ignored I guess I will move on to my next task of imaging the server in case it fails.
Thanks for the help.
