Serial number expired

Thread needs solution

It had been awhile since I checked to make sure my scheduled backups were working and when I checked today I noticed that the scheduled backups had not run for a couple of months. When I logged into the management console I received a "Serial number has expired" message. I checked the forums and the message I found was related to the 220 update. I am running 239. I uninstalled both the recovery and management console and re-installed. When I go into registration is says my trial license will expire in 30 days. When I enter my serial number it says it is accepted but then it displays the trial key. What do I need to do to get my serial number to be excepted?

In order to resolve this issue I would appreciate if you can send me a private message with the serial number so that I can check it in our database. There is a chance the serial number has a problem and needs to be replaced.
