Still cant connect to Acronis Agent (SQL Server 2005)

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

I had tried the method: (http://kb.acronis.com/content/3063) and please refer to file attachment.

But it still display the message shows as "Processing, please wait..." and nothing happen at all.

Any idea about this issue?
