Acronis and Intel ICH10R chip in RAID1 - issue.

Thread needs solution

Hello,
We have a supermicro X8DTU-F motherboard with the internal Intel ICH10R chip configured as a RAID1. Acronis is seeing the HDDs are two devices and not just one device. Therefore we would image or restore to a single drive and not the mirror.
How can we get around it? Any help would be much appreciated.
Look forward to hearing from you, Thank you.

Hello Keith,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. I will definitely help you with this issue.

As a workaround I would recommend using WinPe media, please check the following guide for instructions.

Would it be possible for you to collect the following diagnostic information which will help us troubleshoot the issue with the regular bootable media?

 - Acronis Linux report.

 - Windows system information file.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.

All I want to know is if ATIH 2012 supports Intel ICH10R RAID1 (boot drive, EVGA X58 MB). If yes what steps (WinPE) are involved in a restore?

Thanks
