Acronis Boot Media does not reconize my RAID array
I'm testing Snap Deploy 3 for Servers to see if it fits our needs, but I'm at a major roadblock. I've got over 100 Dell R710 that need the same image on all of them, but when I burn and run the boot disc through the management console, it does not detect my RAID 5 array (Disk 1) on my PERC 6/i integrated controller although it does detect Disk 0 which contains my OS installation and separate backup partition.
I've downloaded and installed a copy of BartPE in hopes of being able to integrate the needed drivers, but I haven't been successful as of yet. BartPE does not detect my NIC cards but that is another problem for another time
edited: Original post stated NIC was not detected but that is not an Acronis issue.

Hello David!
Welcome to our Forum and thank you for finding time to contact us via Forum. I understand your concern, and will be glad to assist you.
Probably the issue was caused by the lack of drivers in the bootable media. I will send you the latest updated version via PM in a minute and would appreciate if you could kindly test it.
Should the issue persist, please provide me with the following information:
- If possible, Acronis Info from the machine in question
- Acronis Linux Report
This information will show us what exactly isn't working and will help us to build a new media for you.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you!

I tested the media that you sent me, but it did not detect my RAID 5 array that is on Disk 2. I was able to shoehorn the raid drivers and the NIC drivers into BartPE and then create a new ISO using the Snap Deploy PE builder. At this point things seems to be working so we can consider this issue resolved. Thank you for you time and help in the matter.
