Acronis Snap Deploy 3 image times

When I first purchased and started using Snap Deploy 3, I was able to image a computer in around 20-30 minutes. However, a while back I had to contact support to receive a newer version on the bootable media since I was having problems with my newer machines finding the imaging server. When I stated using the new .ISO bootable media, my imaging times skyrocketed to 6-8hours. If I use one of the older bootable medias it will still image very quickly, but the new media increases the image time exponentially. Is there any way to speed this process up? It is almost not worth the investment anymore.
