Acronis Snap Deploy 4 wont reconise Broadcom Drivers

Hi Guys,

We are currently testing a trial version of Snap Deploy 4, however we have come across a problem where by Acronis does not recognise the Broadcom drivers we are trying to add to the Win PE image, the Broadcom driver are Netxtreme 57xx, the laptop we are trying upload the image from is a Acer p633m running windows 7 64x, we have set Acronis up on a DHCP server, they both can communicate fine, if you boot into windows they can see shared folders both on the server and the laptop, however if we PXE boot it, it does not lets us browse to the Acronis server to upload the image, so we created a Win PE image uploaded this to the Acronis server, added the Broadcom drivers to the Wim file and tried to boot the laptop, this then says it can not find any compatible drivers, I have also added in older drivers for vista to see if this gets around the issue and it doesn't.

We would very much like to purchase Arconis however can not do this until we find a work around, any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hello Jay,

Win PE version < 4 supports only 32 bit drivers. Have you been using 64 bit drivers instead?
Also since that is broadcom we might already have their driver supported in Linux Based media.
So I advice you contact our support and they might already have a build with the drivers or we can try to add them for you.
