Blank Client screen shows no progress only IP info
Tried restarting all services, Restarting the machine
Happened before quite some time ago on multiple different setups
Currently on a Windows XP Machine - Same problem on a Server 2003 setup

Thank you for your post. I will do my best to assist you.

This is a known issue which was present in older builds of Acronis Snap Deploy 3. The latest build is 3329, can you please clarify which build you are using? Just in case, this article explains how you can download an update.

Also, this issue rarely occurred in Custom Deployment mode, when the OS Deploy Server was specified using a DNS name instead of an IP address. Using an IP address in custom deployment mode should fix this problem.

I am not sure if you are using a bootable CD or network boot to connect to the PXE Server. In both cases, you can manually specify the IP address of the OS Deploy Server, please check this screenshot for more information. By default, the OS Deploy Server and the network adapter settings are picked up automatically.

I would really appreciate if you can get back to me with additional information and let me know if the suggestions that I offered had any effect.

Great!

We use PXE for booting, there was the current version uploaded.
I set the ip of the imagesrver in the Snap Deploy agent options
Now it shows correctly.
