Can't boot from Acronis Snap Deploy PXE

Hi!
First, excuse my English, it's not my maternal language :)

I have a big problem using Acronis Snap Deploy!
I'd like to boot on Snap with a Samsung N130, but it stop... (look the attached picture)...
I don't know why.

Other informations :
"My" Acronis Snap Deploy work really well with these system (computer) :
- Dell D600, D620, D630, D631
- Dell Optiplex gx280, gx270...
- Samsung NC10

I need your help, what mean "Cannot open module 'jbd'", "Cannot open module 'jfs'", "Cannot open module 'reiserfs'", "Cannot open module 'xfs'"?

J'ai un gros problème avec Acronis Snap Deploy!
j'arrive parfaitement à déployer des pc avec ce produit, sauf sur certain modèles (en l'occurrence, le samsung N130)...

voici les modèles que je déploie très fréquemment :
- Dell D600, D620, D630, D631
- Dell Optiplex gx280, gx270...
- Samsung NC10

Pour le Samsung N130, snap deploy bloque pendant le chargement... (cf. pièce jointe)

Je ne vois vraiment pas d'où peut venir le problème

Let me assist you with this situation.

Thank you for the provided photo of the last output during CD boot. According to it, the cause is that CD is not able to load some components to work with your drives.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build of the software (3329). it contains many fixes to common issues and works better in standalone mode.

You can download all necessary files from Registered products and downloads section in your account.

If you have not registered your product on our web site yet, we recommend to do it in order to receive free updates.

- Choose Product registration
- Enter the serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field.

If this does not help, I'd recommend you to download the version which is based on another loader (the version has some extended list of drivers and startup parameters). We have implemented the possibility to download the appropriate ISO file after logging into your account (the serial number should be registered). This option is available for the current and (n-1) versions. Please log in to your account, go to the Registered products and downloads section -> Bootable media. Download the file.

Please let me know whether you're able to resolve the issue by following the instructions I provided above. Also, I would be glad to answer any other questions concerning Acronis.

With acronis snap deploy built 3235 and lenovo SL510
I have installe acronis snap deploy built 3329 the problem is the same ...

Welcome on Acronis Forum! I completely understand the issue and will be glad to help you with it!

Should you have the latest build installed, we will need to update booting components of the PXE. I have already sent you the needed links with instructions via PM and would appreciate if you could kindly test this solution.

Should the issue persist, we will need

  1. Acronis Info
  2. The output of boot failure captured before the "end trace" line

According to the screenshot you have kindly provided me recently with via PM our PXE fails to boot some component, and this information will show us which one. This will help to identify the reason of the problem and provide you with appropriate solution.

I am getting the same issue trying to use the standalone utility from the bootable media

connot open module 'xfs'

I am using the newset version of Snap deploy 3 + UD as of date.

Has anyone resolved this yet???

Welcome to our forum and thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

To get this issue resolved, please try using a different burner and a different brand of the CD/DVD media. Try burning the media at lower speeds. If it does not help, please check Yana's post for the necessary information and contact our Support team.

One of my desktop was able to backup fine which is a HP 32-bit windows 7, but I have an emachine 64-bit windows 7 (Desktop) have the same issue with cannot find module xfs and so on. Could the problem be 64-bit not able to handle?
