Can't get in touch with a sales representative

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have been trying to reach a sales representative for the past week and I have gotten no response back. After trying to call the sales line for Canada and the United states and it would disconnect me after a few minutes. I have tried emailing the sales representative for my region and tried emailing the backup specialist that contacted me when I downloaded Acronis Snap deploy.

There's no forum moderator, but glad you got it sorted out.  You can always try chat support in the future and request a call through them too.
