Client reboots after selection is made

When I PXE boot it finds the deploy server and then gives me the option to either create a master image, launch agent or start windows.

If I choose Master Image Creator or Snap Deploy Agent the client reboots itself after the "Acronis Loading, Please wait...." screen.

note: There are licenses available, everything was re-installed to the same build.
