Continual Multicast Session errors

In the Acronis Snap Deploy Management console, I receive the error:

"Failed to start multicast session on FileServer."

This error occurs ever 30-40 seconds.

I have read the article within the Knowledge Base (http://kb.acronis.com/content/6102) and followed the recommendation of moving the PXE Server to another machine. I even have uninstalled the Acronis PXE server on my deployment machine. The error continues to come up and I can not deploy images to workstations.

I am using Acronis Snap Deploy build 3329.

Do not worry, I will help you to resolve the issue with deployment.

First of all, let me list some possible causes:

- Network configuration, which is not configured correctly and does not allow multiple multicast sessions

- Multicast mode is not supported by your network

There's one good workaround for all these issues:

When you're creating the template with Acronis Snap Deploy 3.0, you can choose an option to Specify Settings Manually, then choose Unicast Mode. It should help you to resolve the issue.

If this does not help, please check your network configuration and make sure that Unicast and Multicast modes are configured correctly.

I too am having the same issue...ive done all of the above mentioned steps and am still getting the failed to start multicast session on fileserver.
please advise as im trialing this software for a mass deployment and really need it to work so i can purchase it.

Just to make sure, have you checked this KB article? Have you tried installing the Acronis Snap Deploy 3 License Server on a different machine?
