Controlled User Experience during Deployment

Thread needs solution

Hello, I just began evaluating SnapDeploy for inclusion with our next product. I was wondering if it offers a way to manage (control and lock the user out of) any interaction with the system while the image is being deployed and installed. Ideally following deployment, the system would restart in to the new image and complete deployment and configuration without any user interaction (essentially an image update to a headless machine). Is there a way to have any attached display devices simply show a branded screen and not boot in to WinPE or any similar user interactive environment?

Thanks.

Hello Agaldi,

Thank you for your post.

There is no way to have a branded screen during the deployment and lock the screen during the deployment process. I want to thank you for your suggestion and I forwarded it to our Development team via Acronis Customer Listening System.

As for user interaction during deployment, it is not necessary, the system would restart and complete deployment without any user interaction.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
