Deleting Old Images

Hello,
I have been unable to delete old images out of the folder on the server where we run Snap Deploy 5. I get the message "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Acronis Remote Agent Service."
Casually restarting to be able to delete a file is too attractive an option on a server and I'd rather not install any other programs just to do it either. Is there a real fix for this?

Hello, Colin

It is strange that the images could not be deleted, but if you are still facing the issue, you can try to perform the following:
1. On ASD Server, go to Start -> Run -> services.msc
2. Stop all Acronis-related services;
3. Try to delete the old images;
4. Start all Acronis-related services.
