Dell Latitude 6220

Thread needs solution

Hello.
I am currently running a Dell Latitude 6220 with a solid state drive. I boot using UEFI and am running Windows Enterprise 64-bit. My files system is NTFS but in order for UEFI to work it needed to use GPT. I am currently trying to create a master image via the bootable media of Acronis Snap Deploy version 3502.
My issue is that I receive an error when I trying to create image, saying the detected drive is using Windows Dynamic Disk, EZ-Drive, etc and is unsupported. I assume this has to do with GPT.
While not a major concern currently, we only have one computer like this, we would like to use more computers that boot via UEFI. Is the GPT the issue? And is there a plan to release an update that is compatible?
Thanks.

Hello Roger,

Thank you for your post. I will certainly help you with your questions.

At the moment Acronis Snap Deploy 3 does not support SSD, GPT and UEFI. We have SSD support in the upcoming release of Acronis Snap Deploy 4, if you are interested, you can participate in the current Beta test.

I will forward your feedback to our Product Management via our Customer Listening System and if you have additional questions please let me know.

Thank you.
