Dell Latitude E6510 +Sector 63 Error

Thread needs solution

Have deployed several of these units via Snap Deploy with an attached USB drive with the image on it. I have one machine however that won't image and gives me an Sector 63 error. Have reformatted the drive and tried all the SATA Setting with no luck, and have updated the BIOS. Any idea why one machine would be so picky?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your post. I will definitely help you with this issue.

Just to make sure, you are using Acronis Snap Deploy 3 Master Image creator bootable media to make an image of that machine, or, is it the Acronis Snap Deploy 3 Management Agent and you are doing it in Windows?

Would it be possible to send me a private message with some additional reports, so that I can take a look at your hardware setup?

1. Acronis Report, you can either create one in Windows or using Acronis Report 51 to create a bootable disk.

2. Windows System Information file, if there is an OS there.

3. Full error message.
