Dell Latitude E6540 can't see network in Snap Deploy Image Creator

Thread needs solution

Trying to image-to-network a Latitude E6540, and the Image Creator is not recognizing the network card. (Booting from Image Creator iso-created CD)
Checked the website, and the bootable media available for download hasn't been updated since October. Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat. I can boot from the Bootable CD media and it sees the SATA drive I have connected to the computer but not the computer's hard drive or the NIC card.

Yep, it is definately not working for the E6540's. I cant get it to read my work network. Im going to have to call Acronis and open a ticket to see what is going on.

Alex, one thing I found that helps when it can't see the hard drive is checking that SATA is in AHCI mode in the bios.

Aaron, I am having a similar problem with the Dell 9020 desktop. Best bet is probably to try phone or web chat (I choose web so I could multi-task) That said it was a grueling few hours jumping through hoops and repeating the same process with no results today.
If I get any good results on how we can fix this ourselves I will keep you posted.
