Dell Optiplex 380 - NIC Not Found
Hi,
We are running the latest version of Snap Deploy 4 (4.0.540)
In the past we have been able to create and deploy images to our Dell Optiplex 380 machines via the PXE server but upon trying this today, the PXE server loads but when choosing the image creation or deployment program, the NIC is not found therefore we cannot choose where the save the image on the server or when deploying, it will not find the deployment server.
As i said, this used to work on this very machine so i can only assume that the latest build has removed support/drivers for these machines.
Can you help ASAP?
Thanks!

100% the same issue here.
We purchased 390s and 3010s after the 380s were discontinued.
The older build would not work for the 390/3010 but worked perfectly for the 380.
We obviously needed to update the build for the new machines to work but did not expect this the break the already perfectly functioning parts.

I've been waiting for a chat representative for a few minutes now, in the meantime I'm emailing the issue to them as well after just going through a fiasco to get our support renewed. Snap Deploy is a great product, when it works...but I'm really getting frustrated with it at this point.

Same issue. Getting the run around and tell me to reinstall ACRONIS snap deploy. I've already done that TWICE and it's on the latest Acronis Snap Deploy 4 (4.0.540).
Sick and tired of PXE NIC boot issues every time there is an update and hardware changes.
Time to dump Acronis and find an alternative.

Have you tried created the PE method and adding the network drivers to that? See my recent post.
