Dell Optiplex 7010 - Deploy fails - Internal error: chunk count mismatch

I just attempted to image our lab, 21 pcs total. out of the 21, only 2 completed completed! All the rest boot into a "blinking cursor". I'm running the latest version, Snap Deploy 4 Built 540. The last time i looked at the console, it was showing them all around 80%.

Management console is installed on a Windows 2012 Server.

Error log is below... How can i get this working? just purchased 50 licenses!
