Dell Optiplex 9010 E000101F4 error - no hard disk found

Thread needs solution

Master Image Creator will not recognize the hard disk in this system.

I have seen other threads about this same issue on other machine models and other Acronis imaging products, but I haven't been able to successfully pull the logs to report on here.

Please let me know what I need to do to get this working.

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you. 

If the Acronis Linux based bootable media does not recognize your harddisk, I recommend using a WinPE bootable media instead. See also this article from our knowledge base. The advantage of using this kind of media is the ability to use 32-bit Windows drivers. That should solve the issue.
