Dell Optiplex 990 Issues

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to image a number of Dell Optiplex 990 systems with snap deploy 3 build 3501. When booting the snap deploy agent from the PXE server I get the typical "Processing....please wait" lockup error. I've tried downloading the bootable ISO and when I boot from the disk, I can begin deployment but then I get the "Failed to map BIOS DISK" error. Any advice that will allow me to image the Optiplex 990 systems?

I'm getting the same problem with my Dell E6430 and E6530 laptops. Also brand new. I'm using SnapDeploy 4 (latest downloadable build) w/ PXE loader and w/ WinPE. All result in the same error the OP cited. Could you help?

I am having a similar issue with our Optiplex 7010's. We are trying to image to the Liteon M3S SSD's and the server is reporting the error message "Failed to map bios disk 1". We are currently using build 3501. Do I need to upgrade?
