Deploying Drivers - Security Catalog files

In the Snap Deploy 4 user guide, page 93, it says that Plug and Play drivers can be copied to the deployed machines.
It says to copy the .inf file to C:\Windows\inf
and to copy the .sys file to C:\Windows\System32\drivers
The drivers that I am trying to copy also each have a .cat Security Catalog file which appears to be related to driver signing. Does this file need to be copied as well, and if so, where?
