Deployment fails on 1 template but not another

I'm receiving the error below after trying to deploy an image onto a Dell Latitude E6430. It's not a license issue because I have another template/image that works on this same PC but this particular image doesn't, and I have 5 free licenses. I ran a validation on the image, it said Complete but I know it has to have an issue with the image because when I replace the working template with this image, it fails.

Hello,

This error says that the operation was cancelled. Usually there are some more errors before this one.
You can collect System Information using the Help -> Collect System Information and attach it here.
I will have a look at possible errors in Agent logs that are usually stored on the Snap Deploy Server.
