Deployment fails without error log - What to do?

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I recently downloaded the trial version of Acronis Snap Deploy 5 and am evaluating it for use in my company's computer lab. So far I have:

-Installed the software on my main machine--let's call it the "Server".
-Installed the software on a test machine on the same domain/subnet--let's call it the "Agent".
-Added the MAC address of the Agent into the Server's machine list.
-Created an image of the Agent using acronis backup advanced 11.5.
-Create bootable media of Acronis Snap Deploy 5 and inserted it into the Agent's disc drive.
-Rebooted the Agent and selected to boot into the agent SW when prompted.

At this point the Agent tells me it is ready to go. So, using a deployment template I created, I tried to deploy the image. Unfortunately, it always fails a few percent into the operation. When I click "View log" on the Server, there's nothing but informational logs--no errors or warnings. So I have no idea what went wrong. What do I do now?

Thanks,
Ben

Actually, I have seen it get up to about 30% before failing. I tried with another master image which I created using Snap Deploy and that failed too.
