Deployment speed issues

Thread needs solution

I have run into an issue with image deployment speed whether using a deployment template or stand-alone deployment. When creating the image over the network I have changed the default to unicast but that has not helped much. For the stand-alone my source drive is an external USB Seagate Free Agent. Normally the process takes at least 6 - 8 hours or more to clone a 280 GB drive.
We used to clone systems with Ghost over the network and the process was nowhere near this long. Any suggestions would be appreicated.

Yikes that is a really long time. How large is your image? What compression rate are you using when creating the image? The deployment from the network and from the external drive both take 6-8 hours to deploy?

this is nothing, my network deployment says it needs 4-5 days for a 33gb image. I have tested the network speeds and it's about 250 mbs, yet the speed of deployment is 30kbs, this soft is junk. When I had ASD3.0 it took about an 1hr-1.5hr
