[DUPLICATE] Unable to deploy image to HP Elitedesk 800 G1 USDT with Snap Deploy 4 (build 4.0.540)

Thread needs solution

After wrestling with support for the past 4+ weeks, I have yet to receive a resolution for what would seemingly be a simple issue.

I'm trying to deploy an image to an HP Elitedesk 800G1 USDT using a Win PE image. The client sees the PE Image on the server and boots but then throws the following error.

Failed to connect to Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Deploy Server
E0033001D: Failed to connect to Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Deploy Server Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Deploy Server is not accessible through the network. Please check the network connection.

I don't understand how that is possible as the client will boot from the PE Image that is stored on the server. I have located the exact network driver that the client is using and added it in both 64 and 32 bit versions as well as creating my own PE using the WindowsAIK, and and the PE3.0 built in to Acronis. I have also created four different bootable media using each PE image type with both the 64 bit and 32 bit drivers.

I then loaded the latest Windows ADK to accommodate for the 64bit OS as instructed and now it just hangs after booting from the PE Media.

Any help would be appreciated.

Issue is discussed here.

Hi Nick,

if I'm not mistaken, you already got the build with updated kernel by our support and confirmed solution via Twitter.

Is it correct?

Please let me know, if you have any additional questions.

Thank you.

I am running into a lot of the same problems with the Elitedesk 800. Are you using PXE boot to connect to the server? If so was there anything you had to do to get that to work. Mine recognizes the PXE server, but the TFTP connection times out. This PXE server works with other machines. I've run into the same E0033001D: error that you're getting when booting from CD though. It appears that Acronis isn't loading the drivers correctly, though mine are loaded on the PE image. My Acronis isn't recognizing my network connection at all.

Hello Gene,

I've sent you a link to a Snap Deploy with an updated kernel.

Thank you.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for the post Nick. I'm experiencing the same issue within our environment for this model pc and new HP model laptops (HP 820 G1, HP 850 G1). We're currently on 4.0.540.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Jonathan

Unable to deploy image to HP Elitedesk 800 G1 USDT with Acronis 11 backup and restore.
is it possible to use this version 11 to capture and restore images on this HP 800 G1 or do I need a newer version of software.

HP EliteDesk 800 G1 is causing a lot of problem starting from its unsupported NIC card and NVidia g630 vga card coming along with it and if you get around these two problem sd4 still fail .

does acronis know about these issues .
