e000101f4: Acronis snap deploy 5 master image creator doesn't detect any harddisk.
Good Morning,
I want to create an image from a Latitude E5570 with Windows 10, but when I launch Acronis image creator (on NIC), the error E000101F4 appears, Acronis doesn't find any harddisk.
Have you a solution?
Thanks,
Nicolas MATHYS.

Hi Bobbo,
Thank you for your reponse.
However, the SATA mode is already in AHCI and the secure boot is disabled. I try to create this image with a change of the SATA mode (Raid on and disabled) but this had no effect.
I also try with an USB-LAN adapter: no harddisk detected.

What version are you using of Snap Deploy 5? It wasn't until 1660 that NVME and eMMC hard drives were detected in default rescue media. 1690 is the most current and may solve your issue. Otherwise, I would try building the WinPE rescue media instead of the default Linux media.

I haven't found a Dell I can't boot with the default rescue media in AHCI mode, so can't say why it's not detecting your hard drive unless the system is using secure boot or encryption? Did you make sure to boot the rescue media in UEFI mode as well?
Here's a post with screenshots I made with a 5510 not long ago with SD 5 v 1666.

Hi!
The build 1690 was a temporary one. Please install the latest official released build 1924 instead.

Disabling RAID temporarily fixed my issue with Dell Optiplex 5060.
