E00040011 Specified File does not exist

Thread needs solution

I have a network of Identical HP Proliant Servers running windows server 2003. Server ADC02 has my management console and license loaded on it. From my management console I Create an image of server cit01. The Image is created succesfully and it verifies good. I can not Deploy the image created from Cit01 to my backup server. I am deploying using the following steps. (1.) Boot the server into Acronis from a usb flash drive. (2.) Browse to an external usb harddrive for the Image file. (3) Deploy the image using defaults. When I do this I get an Error (E00040011 Specified file does not exist. Please Insert the last Media of the Archive and Click Retry. )
*Note the server I am attempting to Image and Deploy is running Citrix.

Any Ideas???
Thanks
Gary

I am also experiencing this issue as well. In a similar KB acronis has recommended to put the image on an internal drive, but should we not be able to put it on external w/out receiving the error? This should be fixed in an update by Acronis as it has been a longstanding issue...

I noticed that if i use high compression levels to USB external media, i get the E00040011 error. Unless you store the master image on an internal drive, i do not recommend high compression.
