Error 0x740001

Thread needs solution

Hi,

When deploying a Master Image to a client machine, I get the Error Code 3.407.873 (0x740001), client does not respond.
I am using Snap Deploy Workstation build #3276.

I tried switching between unicast and multicast mode, but I still get the error.

Does anyone have an idea to solve the problem?

Thank you for your post. I will do my best to help you.

I would recommend to update to the latest build of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 build 3501 and then deploy toggling unicast/multicast settings.

If the issue is still not resolved please contact our Support team with the following diagnostic information:

1. AcronisInfo report from the machine where Acronis Snap Deploy 3 OS Deploy Server is installed.

2. Wireshark logs collected during the deployment attempt.
