Error Message by using Snap Deploy - Missing rights?

Hi,
i did a backup of a workstation with the Acronis Image Creator on a NAS (QNAP) SUCCESSFULLY !
Now i'd like to make my first test restore on the same workstation. Every time when it starts the client stop it after a few seconds.
The Acronis server has following log message......
Verarbeitung der Sitzung fehlgeschlagen.

I also tried it without the QNAP, and saved instead of the backup file on the Acronis Backup server.
