Hello,

We have Snap Deploy 3 installed on a server (Server 2003), trying to install remote agent to a windows 7 x64 machine.

The full error is :

Failed connect to Remote Install Service on "COMPUTER_NAME". Probably the remote computer is not accesible now or conection is blocked by firewall. (0x45000A)
Tag = 0x203858FE9CB88F37

I have :

Added the following ports to the firewall via GPO :
TCP 445
TCP 9876
UDP 67
UDP 68
UDP 69
UDP 9876
UDP 9877
TCP 25001
(Ialso tried with the firewall disabled)

UAC is disabled

File and print sharing is enabled

I tried using domain admin and domain admin is added into local administrators group.

License server is on the same server as deploy tools and there are 15 licenses available.

Please can someone help?
