Failed to Initialize a Network Connection

Thread needs solution

I am trying to deploy an image from an older HP desktop to a newer HP desktop model Elite Desk 800 G1. I tried to perform the deployment using the standalone utility however the hardware is dissimilar and fails when trying to start windows. I have licensing for the universal deploy along with several machine license of Snap Deploy 4. After further review it appears the universal deploy is not available with the standalone version. I am now trying to use the network connection and server to deploy the image over the network and use the universal deployment utility however when I try to start the agent on the new desktop I receive the "Failed to initialize a network connection error" It sounds like there is a potential fix for this problem, can someone please help ASAP.

Hello,

Your problem looks like a NIC detection issued under our bootable agent.
I send you build of Snap Deploy 584 in PM which has an updated kernel in our Linux based environment.
Also if you have valid maintenance you should be able to upgrade to SnapDeploy 5 and get newer kernel from our of the box.
