Failed to install Acronis Snap Deploy Management Agent

I want to install Acronis Snap Deploy Management Agent and come out with this error;

"Product licenses are not available or the license is intended for another product edition.
Check if Acronis License Server is installed and serial numbers for Server Edition are imported. For more information, see Installation Guide. To use trial versions of the software you must register with Acronis. Click the "Register" button below. After that you will receive the message with trial serial number"

I had installed Acronis License Server and had important the license key. There is no problem either when installing Acronis OS Deploy Server.

I had tried to uninstalled the programme and reinstall it. Still, the same error occur.

The last time, i installed Snap Deploy Management Agent on the Server, it works just fine.

Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

Hello Nurule Aiman,

Welcome to our Forum, and thank you for your interest in our products.

Most probably you have the workstation licenses added to the License Server (OS Deploy Server and License Server installation doesn't require a license key, that's why you've installed them without any questions), which will not work with the Server OS. Could you please send us the screenshot of the License Server with the licenses, and the screenshot of the error message if possible?
