Getting error when clicking on Manage Deployment

Thread needs solution

I recentlyt installed windows 7 32 bit on my machine and the install went fine and was able to get everything to work except when i go to click on Manage Deployment i get an error message as follows:

E0064001C: Unsupported protocol.
Deployment server is not installed on this host or it has a different version.

Can you possible provide me a solution path for this?

Thank you!

Hello Ed,

Thank you for bringing up this issue. I will definitely assist you with resolving it.

Most likely this problem occurs because of an incorrect SSL certificate used for connections in Acronis products.

I would recommend to check this detailed solution posted by one of our forum moderators in another post.

Please note, that Acronis Snap Deploy 3 supports deployment of Windows 7 x32 and x64 images with or without Acronis Universal Deploy, however the installation of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 components is not guaranteed. Please check the following article for additional information.

As a workaround, I would recommend creating a bootable CD with Acronis Snap Deploy 3 and use it to create an image and then deploy it. Please check page 38 of the user guide for more details.

I would really appreciate if you could get back to me in case you have any other questions.

Thank you.
