Help, Advice needed please on Acronis Product.
Hi everyone, just joined this forum. I want to purchase an Acronis product but I'm not sure. I will give you my intended situation. I'm going to be working for myself as an IT Technician and I want to be able to help customers recover their systems. How would this work in relation to Acronis. It was suggested that I should go for Acronis Snap Deploy 3 for Workstation. The license for each pc costs £14. How would this work in my situation? I would pay for the licence for my pc and this would enable me to recover my own pc. How would this work for my customers. Would they each have to pay for a licence and install Acronis on their own systems before I could help them? Or, would they install the Acronis on their system and I would create a disk image of their system, keep the disk and later if they received a crase I could then deploy the image back on to their system. Sorry for extensive info. New to this. Would like to know what others are doing in my situation. Many thanks. Andrew

Hello Andrew,
Thank you for posting. I will definitely assist you with your query.
You will need 1 license for each machine that you deploy according our Licensing Policy. I will send you a private message with contact details for one of our Regional Managers.
If you are interested, you can download the trial version from here and if you need additional help with the software we have the following KB article.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
