Hi,

I'm using Acronis on my network for taking master image and deployment with no promblem. Recently I receive new Hp Probook 4520s laptops. My problem is when I try to take a master image from laptop if I boot from Ethernet it loads something and stops "usb 1-1.5: configuration #1 chosen from 1 chose" than nothing happens, if I boot from Acronis Boot CD after I pick master image creator it freeze on picture which has two computer and says Acronis Snap Deploy. So how can I solve this problem.
