Dear Matthias!

Thank you for finding time to contact us via Forum! I completely understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.

Unfortunately due to the lack of information it is hard to say what exactly went wrong. Could you please gather the following information?

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. What happens when connection to OS Deploy Server fails
  3. Wireshark
  4. OS Deploy Server logs
  5. OS Deploy Agent logs

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!

Dear Yana,

thank you for your quickly answer.

The problem is, that I can't write any logs, cause I cannot connect me from my local pc to the snap deploy server. First I run the console under administrative rights. Until this point all its okay. Then I will connect me with the Deployment server. I tried to connect with my credentials - but it failed.

Dear Matthias!

Thank you for your prompt response, I really appreciate it.

Thank you for the screenshots! It's not very obvious, though, whether your machine is in the domain and whether you've tried to log on as Domain Admin (don't forget that you need to enter the password as well).

Should you've tried specifying Domain/Admin credentials with password, and the issue persist I would appreciate the following data:

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Wireshark

Thank you once again for cooperation!
