IBM / Lenovo Signature Failure in Snap Deploy 4

Hello everybody,
it is a known issue that lenovo uses a custom mbr that is larger than usual (2048 insteal of 512 byte) which causes problems with software like Snap Deploy.
In the following thread one of your employees offered a custom version of Snap Deploy 3 that should fix this (https://forum.acronis.com/forum/3109). As the problem still occurs with the current version of Snap Deploy 4 (Build 540) I assume the fix has not yet been integrated to version 4.
Is there although a custom build of Snap Deploy 4 that addresses this known issue?
