Identical PCs, some take 15 min, others days

I have a separate LAN set up for imaging PCs. I am using PXE boot and trying to push an 11GB image. I am using identical Dell OptiPlex 380's. When I try to push out the image to 6 PCs 3 of them are done in 15 minutes. The other 3 are still running after 12 hours and say they will take 2 more days.

I am using multicast. I have the server and target machines connected using an HP ProCurve 2626. The switch is not connected to anything else.

Why are some taking forever and some working as expected? They are identical PCs, right out of the box.

Without additional diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact cause of the problem, so we would appreciate if you could kindly gather the following information: 

  1. Acronis Linux Report
  2. OS Deploy Server logs
  3. Deployment Agent logs
  4. Wireshark
