Imaged PC but all zeros show for MAC in Machine listing

Acronis snap deploy 5; i have imaged using machine licenses and all seems fine with the image. brand new HP computers windows 8.1 Pro. Some computer show in Machine list with IP addresses and MAC addresses most do not. These are DHPC assigned and all are currently working with assigned IP's the Snap Deploy wont show either Mac or IP in machine list. We do have the agent installed it was built into the image. How do i get the IP and Mac to show in the machine list.
