Imaging does not work via stand alone or deploy server

Thread needs solution

My situation:

I have some Dell PowerEdge R530 servers with Windows Server 2012 R2 on them. I set up a RAID 5 through the life cycle controller, and then made an image while logged into the OS. I ran into this issue when trying to deploy:

So I downloaded and installed build 1416 and it was able to push past that issue.

However, now when I try to deploy the image via stand alone, I run into this issue:

https://forum.acronis.com/forum/84320

When I try to deploy the image via deploy server, I run into this issue:

Host '172.16.1.178' has failed the deployment.

Looking through the forums...and google...lead me to this thread:

https://forum.acronis.com/forum/32646

looking through that thread would suggest that the image will not fit on the hard drives. Yet these are brand new identical servers. I have successfully installed an OS on both so I doubt it is a hardware issue.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?? I wouldn't put it past myself that I am doing something wrong, but I've actually been on this for a few days now with little luck an I'm running out of ideas.

I just spoke with Sanjay via chat and he directed me to this article:

When I boot to the media I have no control over the keyboard or mouse and the deploy server sees this machine as in the "not ready" state.
