Imaging new PC's over a network using Acronis?

can someone tell me what I need to do in order to create an Image of an up-to-date machine, then use it to image multiple PC's at once across the network?

Hi Ryan

Are you trying to create a single ‘master’ image then are waiting to restore that image to a range of PC’s at the same time? If so you might need to look into the Acronis Snap Deploy product as this might be more tailored for your needs

If you are wanting to backup all your PC’s (eg, on a daily basis) the product you will most likely be interested in would be ABR11 (Acronis Backup and Recovery 11). You will need a license per machine you need to backup.

yes i want to create master image(s) and have them load from a server over the network.

It sounds like Snap Deploy might be the product you are after if you want to push out images to a range of PC's.

The Instll guide will give you an overview of what the products components does and should answer any questions you have... You can also download a trial of this product and test it out in your environment:
