Individual Machine Name & domain from Template

I'm attempting to do the following

Create a template with domain membership settings

Have individual machine names unique to each MAC address so upon re-deploy the name doesn't change (like with a name pattern)

I have about 200 machines, what i don't want to do is individually set the username & password for domain membership. In the event the UN/PW changes i'd have to change it in all 200 locations

How do I get the system to pickup the domain membership from the template and computer name from individual settings
