I am attempting to image several Dell T5820 machines with the 1749 and 1780 bootable media, and am stumped by the "unable to detect the drive" errors.   

Is there a version available that has those drivers imbedded yet, or will I need to dive into building something custom?

You can create the bootable media inside the main application:

  • Hit Tools-->Create bootable media
