Known Issues
Id like to get a list going here of known bugs that aren't in the official list. Ive been banging my head in attempt to get this product to work the way it was designed but keep running into more "undocumented features"
First the "Official List"
You can use Win PE media if Linux-based boot components cannot detect any of the machine’s hardware.
Message "Access is denied" appears when trying to remote install components if UAC on a target machine is enabled and the machine is not a member of Active Directory. Please disable UAC on the remote machine to be able to use remote installation or use a domain administrator account if remote machine is in domain.
SID doesn't change after deployment for Windows SBS server 2011.
Network card drivers are not injected to the target machine when deploying with Universal Deploy (AUD) if they are stored on network share. Please add them manually
When working under WinPE media, a static IP address cannot be used for an agent. If there is no DHCP server on the network, use a Linux-based media and assign the IP address manually.
ABR and ASD 4 PXE are not compatible. If you want PXE to be used by both ABR and ASD, please install them on different machines.
Adding a large number of licenses can take a long time (about 30 seconds for 200 licenses).
If you start the Create Image wizard and then connect or disconnect one of the USB drives, there will be multiple errors related to all drives; for example, "Failed to read from the sector 0 of the hard disk 1". Do not plug or unplug any USB drives while create master image is working.
The "Application to run" option does not work after deployment of Windows 7 and Windows 2008. To automatically run an application or script under the OS, use the "Files to transfer" option to copy the file, script, or link to the script to the "Startup" folder of target machines. For example: C:\Users\USER1\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
